Overexplained Comics Review 10/3/08

WOW, did you know every day comic strips across the world expect you to understand the zany, nonsensical events that they portray every day? Because not everyone possesses the twisted mind of a cartoonist, it can be helpful if someone with an insight in to their bizarre ways can help with some sort of explanation. This is that attempt.

Just like everything in his environment, the only way Curtis can interact with anything is by eating it. You'd be surprised the amount of fiber you can get out of paper pulp. I guess that also explains why he'd be sleeping on the crapper.

People have been saying how the age of the internet and instant communication is contributing to the degeneration of the nations youth, often citing how kids now-a-days will take pictures of their junk and message them to their friends by cell phone. Seems this phenomenon has now spread to the older generations, this time in a horrible, incestuous way. How did this one get past the editors?

This world is horribly unfair and the government will not stop pushing down the rich. Barack Obama is just the tip of the iceberg. Soon enough they won even be able to afford that second yacht or the vacation home on Maui. How can you people put up with this injustice?!?

Boy on a Stick and Slither or BOASAS ("Bow-Sauce") doesn't want you to forget the futility of your existence, even on the comics page - the one place you should be able to.

I liked this because it was similar to www.comicsidontunderstand.com, but actually funny and relevant.
