The Cure for the Monday Blues 8/18/08
Every time I think a Monday is going to rise up and squash me down, we see lots of great comics come out to raise my spirits. I hope this post will help you all get through another Monday.
Amazing Super Powers 8/18/08
If you don't enjoy shocking and offensive comics, what are you doing here?
Clear Blue Water 8/18/08
Karen Montague-Reyes deserves an award if she follows through on the promise not to bring yet another talking animal in to the comic pages. I would describe Clear Blur Water as Cathy-ish but good. The art has steadily improved and it is a consistently funny daily comic.
Zack Hill 8/18/08
Cagney the dog is hilarious. The three guys cuddling on the couch - not so much.
Jump Start 8/18/08
I'm worried that Jump Start is slowly turning in to an entertaining comic strip. I figured there would be lots of comic reviews here featuring the zany antics of the strip's family but so far it's been all praise. Keep up the good work Robb Armstrong!
Nancy 8/18/08
The more time Sluggo spends fishing in the comic strip Nancy, the higher it climbs on my list of must-reads every day. Less porcupine-head, more relaxing at the lake with the bald 8-year-old.

"Jump Start" used to be a pretty good comic until they started reproducing like bunnies. It's still pretty good when he sticks to adults. Armstrong has talent; I'm just really tired of comics about cute widdle kiddies.
