It's going to star Drake Bell from Drake & Josh so while his cohort Josh Peck is doing decent movies like The Wackness, Mean Creek and Red Dawn, Drake Bell is playing a 23-year-old Timmy Turner, pink hat and all. I guess Drake does have a music career to fall back on...
