Working It Out by Charlos Gary:
Speaking of Google, not only does this joke scream "THAT WAS FUNNY...WHEN I FIRST READ IT IN 1998", but smartphones today (by today, I mean the last ten years) have these these things called "Apps" including these things called "browsers" that run...Google and other search engines.
Shoe by Chris Cassatt and Gary Brookins:
If a comic strip references a one hit wonder terrible hippie band from 45 years ago, it should be retired. Immediately.

Were you listening in 1968 when WBCN had its first broadcasts from the back of the Boston Tea Party (the rock club, not the group)? But I do agree with your comment on Shoe.
I was born in 1974, so while I missed on that regards, all of my Strawberry Alarm Clock experience came from making the unfortunate purchase of a "greatest hits of the 60s" CD from a discount bin at K-Mart.
Still kills me to tune to 104.1 and hear OneDirection and other "pop" hits of today.
