Are Mantises a Laugh Riot?

Tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day, people. You better get out there and support your local comic shops. That's not all, though. She shouldn't be worried at all. If she's anything like a real mantis, she bit off her husband's head while mating. Also, why do so many cartoonists love talking about mantises and their dietary habits? Is it really that much of a laugh riot? Unless you're talking about Space Ghost's Zorak, of course. He's a class act.

KC Green does a really good job of imitating Gary Larson's style. It's probably worth mentioning that "Far Side" was the first comic I ever read, and its collections were the first comic strip collections I ever obtained. So I have an affinity for this.
