Shamefully Short

Today will be a shamefully short post. Luckily, you can always check out Carafe or Time-Mind Sync-Warp for more time-wasting action.

Dick Tracy, 02/11/10

I find it hard to believe that Dick Tracy has ever held a violin before in his life, and therefore should have no idea that this one (which is laden with explosives) is heavier than it should be. I think he's just making things up as he goes along. Also, look at the composer guy's dainty little fist and how he waves them ineffectually at Dick Tracy in the third panel. It's adorable.

Momma, 02/11/10

Either Momma is being topical, or this is from whenever David Letterman and Jay Leno first had talk shows on. However, that would mean that Momma was topical at one point in the past, and I refuse to believe that it's ever that topical. So I'm guessing she's named the TVs Leno and Letterman and hopes they fight for her amusement.
