The Saturday Shorts 8/9/08

So this is the hundredth post for Daily Comics Review and throughout these first few months I have been amazed at the readers contributions, how many cartoonists I love that have sent me feedback, and how much working doing a daily blog can be. Thanks for everyone's support as we continue to grow and evolve and run our weekly gags in to the ground. After all that we only have two comics to share with you, but you know how Saturday comics are, enjoy!


Broom Hilda 8/9/08

They must have meant geyser here instead of well, otherwise there is no way this daily comic makes any sense at all. I know cartoonists aren't all physics majors but good grief!


Diesel Sweeties 8/9/08

There have been a lot of comic strips ending lately and even though Diesel Sweeties will be continuing online where it started, I am saddened to see rstevens stop his newspaper syndication after this short run. Thanks for the fun while it lasted! At least we've still got the web comic.
