My Feelings on "Girls and Sports"

Here's two mildly lengthy comic strip reviews. Enjoy.

Funky Winkerbean, 4/16/10

Hold on, Crankshaft was actually a factor in Apple Annie's transformation from hobo to literary agent? You know what this means, don't you? The entire Funkyverse screws everyone else over because it exists only to make one person successful and happy: Apple Annie. What did she do to receive the favor of the universe? Does she feel any remorse for being single-handedly responsible for the pain and suffering of everyone else? She probably doesn't, but seeing as how she's trying to help out Les Moore, we can only assume that the universe is either setting her up for a fall, or due to the fact that Les's success would directly benefit Apple Annie at this point, Les will become wildly successful.

Girls and Sports, 4/16/10

I hate this comic strip so much. I'm really glad that Marshall got that weird blue milk they drank in "Star Wars" dumped on him. He's a smarmy jerk-ass who deserves all the pain and suffering that's thrust upon him. In fact, I'm willing to say that this is probably my least favorite comic strip ever. At least all the other ones I read have some sort of saving grace, but this one? I just really hate this one. I hate it so much.
