Getting Back to Something Regular

Even if I only have one comic to rail on, even if I don't have a lot of extra time during my day to post, I am going to do my damnedest to have posts on the DCR 7 days a week. Hope you all like the update schedule.

Then: kids were pretty ugly. Now: kids are still ugly. Sagging jeans were cool back in the 90's, now they are just one of many styles that most people think are ridiculous.

sagging jeans, just like tight pants and big sunglasses are all coming back into style. Scary seeing kids half my age wearing the same stuff I did when I was a kid. Cyclical fashion .. the scourge of mankind ;)

Apparently kids don't carry books anymore...

How old is this?

People have been bitching about sagging jeans as long as I can remember, and I'm 20.

Isn't it time for them to go out of style?

Can you say had no ideas that day?

Also, yeah, that artist clearly does not interact with normal teenage boys. Sure they may wear their pants like that, but they really don't care how the others do to the point of teasing them.

I'm not saying there isn't clothes-related teasing, but that? With the hideous skinny jeans thing, there are other options for high school boys besides that.

But hey, some grandparents will see this and nod. Their grandkids will roll their eyes and go back to their Christmas presents.

Something regular?

Oh, I see how it is.

This is all a little unfair.

Some comics have to turn their material in 2-3 weeks in advance.

Other less privileged syndicated cartoonists have to turn in everything 20 years in advance.

Please don't add insult to injury by taking them to task for it.

Thank you.
