I am a bit of a coffee snob...I admit it. Columbian is a favorite, and I enjoy a strong-bodied blend. This fool Pluggers comic makes me sick. I like to think he plugger bear passes out on the couch mid-morning watching (what the heck is on mid-morning...Ricki Lake? Press your Luck? I don't know.) whatever and wakes up in the afternoon to hit the bar and spend his disability check on rotgut. After stumbling home to his poor wife (some cross-species creature of Pluggers World) and then stumbles from bed in the morning to pour some cold coffee (cross-species spouse was up early to go to work) in his cup with yesterday's remains to heat up in the microwave and settle in for another day mid-morning television on the couch until he passes out again. Hit repeat for the next 20 years. Ahh, the Pluggers.

Ziggy by Tom Wilson & Tom II:
First off, Tom & Tom missed a wonderful opportunity to reference Douglas Adams (rest in peace, Lord of Humour--British spelling intentional) and his classic novel "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" and have the aliens destroy earth to put in a hyperspatial express route like the Vogons did... but then be sure Ziggy was no Arthur Dent with Ford Prefect around to save his bacon. Also, at least Z-man put pants on to meet his overlords. Last, I'd trade destruction of the world to rid the universe of Ziggy in a heartbeat.
