One word: Catnip. That's what my cats do when they're strung out on the kitty weed. FYI, the cat's name in Arlo and Janis is Ludwig. His fans refer to themselves as Luddites, which I find freaking fantastic. Damn it, now I can say I'm a Luddite and proud of it.

In the sober light of morning, I amend to a second statement: Lawyers are self-absorbed and dumb. ;)
Soup To Nutz should be hilarious today-- I know it was when that happened to my brother. But it pretty much explains the whole gag in the last panel.
I would use something like "I don't think they're working", just to indicate that they're not having the desired result without spelling out the whole "lawl he's pooping" part.
Yes, that was a bit overdone. Maybe, "It's hard to relax when I keep...oh no, not again!" and have him dashing off strip. It lacked the action and over explained
