Alley Oop:

Finally, the drawings are gone! And so is Alley Oop! But only from his present time, or something, I assume we'll still get to follow his stupid adventures.

I don't know why he can't find out who sent the threatening letter without time travel.

I really like his friends, they're quite smart. I really hope they don't get taken hostage by whoever sent the threatening letter so they'll learn their lesson about ignoring the demigod Alley Oop. However, I wish they were in danger so Oop could learn a lesson about obsessing over praise, but that may be a touch traumatic for the children who got published.

How can his friends vanish at will? Let me guess - they have the belt. And they won't tell Alley Oop and that will cause problems in May.

Ha, guys are dumb! They only like movies with boobies and explosions! But women, women are deep. While usually they like the movies with the brand names and the squealing and the weddings and sighing and the love, they also love the psychological thrillers. They like to think.

In particular, we like to think about how this hack POS was wasted its Sunday space because its a legacy comic on a lame joke, that at the very least, only stereotypes one gender. (I think. I thought guys were supposed to like movies like that. Eh, what do I know.)

I always like the popcorn, unless I'm very sick.

I should add that sometimes the movie can be such a mindfuck that all you can coherently think is, "Hey, that food I ate was good. Where am I?"

I'll never forget the feeling I had at the end of The Usual Suspects the first time I watched it.

It happened back in the good old 'VHS' days, so I had to rewind it to watch it over, but that's just what I did.

Sad to say, I didn't have any popcorn when I watched it.

Buenos con queso,

T.
